Common Questions
How do we get Team for our developers?
Team is launching soon and we're onboarding design partners now. Tell us how many developers you'd like to onboard, and we'll set you up with founder pricing.
Do you store my ServiceNow credentials?
No — we never ask for them. Engineer rides your existing ServiceNow session and acts under your permissions.
Can it change things in my instance automatically?
Only with your approval. Write mode is off by default, and no create, update, or delete runs until you approve; one approval covers every write in that turn. In write mode it may switch your current application scope without asking.
What if a member’s browser can’t reach TorchTiger?
Team rules apply while a member’s seat is verified; a browser that can’t reach TorchTiger for 72 hours falls back to Community rules.
