Built, and coming soon to the Chrome Web Store — the free, serverless Community Edition: no TorchTiger server in the path.
- Community Edition — a ServiceNow build assistant that runs in your browser on your own Anthropic key
- Ask your instance — business rules, script includes, flows, ACLs, the data model
- Plan-and-approve write mode — scoped update sets, revert from the change log
- On-device PII redaction and a local change log — your browser talks only to your own Claude and your instance
- Verifiable trust — unminified extension code; per-file checksums and full source shared under NDA
- Locked out of production — the AI switches off there: no chat, no reads, no writes
Next
In active development — the Team Edition.
- The Hub — members, roles, seats, and emailed sign-in codes
- AI profiles — Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, or your own gateway, with an approved model list
- Instance rules — production locked out, writes per instance, tables the AI’s tools may not read or write
- PII redaction of text and records, enforced for everyone, plus your own rules
- A central change log and dashboard in the Engineer web app, with a read-only auditor role; browsers send TorchTiger a record of every AI change
In Design
Being designed with support teams in a pilot — not built yet. For support teams
- Support mode — a read-only role for people who support a ServiceNow app: support wording, starter questions, and hand-over notes for developers
- App set-up — pick the app you support; Engineer maps its files from your instance and keeps that map current as the app changes

What is on the TorchTiger Engineer roadmap?
Three stages. Now: the free, serverless Community Edition. Next: the Team Edition, in active development, with a TorchTiger-hosted Hub, AI profiles, instance rules, enforced redaction and a central change log. Team browsers check in with TorchTiger and send it a record of every AI change. In Design: tools for support teams, not built yet.
What is built now versus next?
Now — the Community Edition: a free, serverless, bring-your-own-key ServiceNow build assistant with plan-and-approve write mode and on-device PII redaction.
Next — the Team Edition: the TorchTiger-hosted Hub with members, roles and seats, AI profiles and per-instance write rules. Team also adds PII redaction of text and records for everyone, and a central change log with a read-only auditor role. Each member’s browser checks in with TorchTiger every 15 minutes and sends it a record of every AI change.
Does the TorchTiger Engineer roadmap include release dates?
No. The roadmap shows direction, not dates. We reprioritise with design-partner feedback and would rather ship the right thing than hit a promised date.
